Each of us won a photo in Quarter 3. It was a great news before 2012! Without our clients' support and trust, we wouldn't be able to win photo contests again. Thanks a million!
2012 will arrive in a few days. We wish you a very Happy New Year!
It was the coldest wedding shoot in this year. Jessie and I were totally fine before driving back home. After one to two days, we were sick. I thought we should be okay even shooting in the freezing rain because we had lots of experience in shooting at hash weather. That photo wasn't hard to get, technically. Usually, brides (or grooms) wouldn't want to get wet before their reception. We have to thank Yvonne & Raymond again for their trust.
Christmas is just a week away. It's also our son, Ethan's first Christmas. He was so excited when we brought him to Stanley Park and he didn't want to go to bed until 2am. After running to a few places, I bought/setup our Christmas tree and Christmas lights. We are ready!
This is the first time we joined PWPC's contest which is for Canadian wedding photographers. Because of the tight schedule, we had to pick the photos in a rush. Jessie and I are very happy to get some photos won in the contest.
Finally... we can post this beautiful wedding on our blog after WedLuxe Magazine featured it on their website (http://www.wedluxe.com/ceciliaalexander). Because of the fully booked July, we almost couldn't shoot this wedding (somehow, it worked out). We have to thank Brian and Desmond's help. Jessie and I wouldn't have time to rest in the long day without them. We stayed until mid-night to finish the last shot in front of the Olympic Torch.
