Tanya + Garry Wedding

Vancouver's weather in March is very unstable. We were lucky to have a dry day in Tanya and Garry's wedding. As you might be able to see from the photos, the sun even came out in the afternoon! What a good start of our 2012 wedding season!

Tanya and Garry are a sweet couple. Garry works in Calgary, Tanya's family is at Saskatchewan, and their wedding was held in Vancouver. Most of their guests specially flew all the way from other provinces/countries to attend their wedding. It was a wedding full of joy and emotion.

Poor Tanya fell on ground two days before and hurt her legs and hands. We knew her injury was painful, but she still smiled beautifully throughout the day.

This was our 2nd time working with Tony and Timothy at TT Films. They are talented videographers and easy to work with. We look forward to shooting more weddings with them in the future.

WPJA 2011 Quarter 4 Contest Result

We got another winning shot in last year's Q4 contest. I think we should have more interesting photos for contests in this year. The only problem is... we may not have a lot of time to pick from weddings.

Astrid + Yosh Engagement Session @ The Butchart Gardens, Victoria

Astrid & Yosh are a couple with beautiful smiles. At the same time, they are very fashionable. We spent a day with them in Victoria for engagement session. It was an awesome experience to work with them. They just look great on every photo. We can't wait to shoot their wedding after 3 weeks.

Introducing Our New Deluxe Metallic Album

We are very excited to introduce our new Deluxe Metallic Album (12" x 12"). Photos are shiny and vivid on the pages like looking at a LCD screen. Same as our Deluxe Album, no gap is at the middle of a spread which allows us to place one large horizontal photo across. Optional album case is available to protect the album. You can also choose 4 different styles of covers (Default style is Canvas Cover).

Los Angeles

Usually before every wedding season, we picked a place to go. Some years, we just attended Las Vegas WPPI convention as a getaway trip. This year is a bit different because we have Ethan with us. Jessie and I had been planning to go to Universal Studios in the past few years but schedule never worked. Ethan was so happy because he could see Spongebob and Curious George.

After this fun trip, we will have some photo shoots in this month. Next destination: Victoria!
