It was our first time applying Lensbaby Sweet35 lens in photo session. It wasn't an easy task to control this lens at night time because it was hard to see the focus point under dim light.
This session is partially engagement and pre-wedding. Therefore, Vivian changed to a lot of dresses on the day. The sunset was very beautiful. It gave us a warm and soft lighting at the beach.

I like the comment of the judge about Jessie's group shot. Other than shooting new ideas and interesting shots, we always think simple photos can be very powerful. Congrats, Jessie!!

It isn't easy to update our blog, Facebook page, Weibo, etc on time when we are shooting photos every week this year. Everything will slow down a bit after October. Then, we can plan about the vacation (Yes, our vacation is usually in Winter & Spring).
This year, we shot at 3 hotels a lot... one was Rosewood Hotel Georgie, one was Fairmont Pacific Rim and another one was Shangri-La Vancouver. Kristie & Richard's wedding was hosted in Shangri-La. It was a nice and warm wedding party with friends and relatives. Their flower girl was Cora's daughter. Cora's wedding was Jessie's first wedding shoot, 5 years ago.
Time really goes too fast...
