Michelle + Gilbert Wedding @Four Seasons Hotel

Michelle & Gilbert's wedding was one of the very beautiful weddings in this season. Under our good friend CC Roa's decoration, the wedding had a lot of fancy details. As we knew this wedding's decoration won the First Canadian Wedding Industry Awards. One of the interesting thing was we finally worked in a wedding of Four Seasons Hotel serving 100% Chinese dinner. We heard about it from clients and we finally saw the food. They served the food like western style (French?). We didn't have the chance to try it; therefore, we couldn't tell if the food was tasty.

Next year, we will travel a bit more. Can't wait to go to Kyoto and Hawaii!

Royce + Andy Lifestyle Session

Vancouver's weather dropped very fast in the recent days. We missed the summer time badly when we were editing the photos.

Royce & Andy booked us from Hong Kong and they were only available in a few days. Thanks to this year's long Summer, we could shoot in a sunny day. We love shooting the photo session with unique theme. They borrowed a collector's car for the photo session. Then, we went to Steveston's old gas station to take the shot. The outcome was better than our expectation. At the end, we finished under a beautiful sunset.

Rosalyn + Jeff Enagegment Session

Weather is always the number one enemy for the photographers in BC, Canada. We should only have about 130 dry days in a year. We were very lucky to have zero crazy raining wedding day in 2014 (up to November). Because of the weather and VanDusen Garden's availability, we had to break this engagement session into two short sessions. We spent more time outside the main road of the Gas Town in day time. Usually, we wouldn't go too far at night (unless we have 10 people together).

Our recent shoots are mostly family sessions and baby sessions. This blog will be updated a bit more often after the peak wedding season. At the same time, we may have some camera equipment reviews too. Stay tuned!

Amina's First Birthday Cake Smash Session

We returned to shoot the little cute Amina's 1st birthday session. Her birthday was on Halloween. Mai and Don hosted a big birthday party at home. At the same time, their community had fireworks show just in front of their house at 8pm. Amina is a lucky girl who will have fireworks celebration every year on her birthday.
