Ping + Steven Engagement Session @ Vancouver Coal Harbor
This photo shoot was in a windy afternoon. Ping didn't put on any extra clothes on top of her dress until night time. Brian and I worried a lot about her because she needed to catch a plane to Las Vegas on next day. As you can see, she had very beautiful smile on that day. Amazing! I must mention one thing... I really like the first photo (above) and the second photo (below) from Brian.
My baby just arrived yesterday. I'm extremely busy now. E-mails may not be replied in a short time. Sorry about that.

The Precious Moment
Ethan, the baby of Jessie and me, arrived a bit earlier than his expected due day. When our clients worried about our baby might come on their wedding days, Ethan came in between photo shoots. Good boy!
Jessie's labour was very smooth. We arrived at the hospital around 6:30 in the morning, and Ethan was born at 10:20. Even though Jessie screamed during her contractions and kept yelling for epidural while she was being assessed, she was totally fine after having epidural. I was very amazed that Jessie was so tough. She worked very hard in pushing, and it took her only 40 something minutes to push the baby out. Good job Jessie! I love you!
I couldn't believe that I could be so calm to take photos at the moment when I first saw my baby. It was hard to explain my feeling at that time. I thought that the moment for the baby's birth would be very important and I must capture these shots... just like hearing "You may kiss the bride" at work. Press press press...

Michelle & Andrew Pre-Wedding Session: Spring + Traditional Red Wedding Dress
This is just a part of the whole pre-wedding project for Michelle and Andrew. We will complete the Summer and Fall sessions after Jessie is back to the team. In North America, very few people have a set of photos with Chinese traditional red wedding dress. Usually, brides only wear red dress in tea ceremony or reception. I think the bright red color is a good match of the flowers in Spring time.

In the Winter session, Brian and I shot in heavy snow with Michelle & Andrew at Burnaby Mountain... (Freezing cold)

Terry & Jeff Engagement Session @ Vancouver Olympic Village
Rain Rain Rain... Raincouver gave us a lot of headache. However, we had a dry afternoon to shoot photos with Terry & Jeff at the Vancouver Olympic Village. Right after Brian and I left the Roundhouse at Yale Town, rain came again.
